The food is amazing and fresh. The salsa is one of the best I’ve ever had. I chose the lunch special, you get two choices with your choice of meat, rice and beans. I chose a beef taco and chicken mini chimichanga. So good! Service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend! Thank you.

Not sure how anyone could rate this place lower than a 5! Maybe they came during peak hour and it was slow? Not sure. The food is absolutely incredible, service is friendly, place is clean, no super loud music playing. I'm only sorry I don't live closer, I would come more often!

El Alegre margarita and coconut margarita were on point so we had 2 more each. Queso fundido aracherra was not skimping on meat. Carne asada dinner was bomb and with nopales. El Alegre nachos especially the pastor was killer. Left full and happy. Will definitely be returning. We got there at opening so the mood was mellow. Next time we'll sit at the bar. Great friendly service never waited long for anything.
